About Dan
Orchestral Trumpet Player
I'm originally from New Jersey and began my college training at Rutgers University. I completed my undergraduate degree at the Cleveland Institute of Music and went on to earn a Master of Music degree at the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. I was a member of the Louisville Orchestra for 16 years, Principal Trumpet in Kentucky Bowling Green Orchestra from 2012-2018 and Co-Principal Trumpet of the Sarasota Orchestra from 2018-2020. I've also had the great fortune of performing regularly with the Nashville Symphony beginning in 2012 and toured with them to Carnegie Hall.
As you scroll down, I'll share stories and photos that highlight some of my most memorable and exciting moments, from performing with Cheryl Crow, Roger Daltrey and Peter Cetera, to my debut in Las Vegas and performing as a guest Principal Trumpet for the St. Louis Symphony.
